About Park Tool Freewheel Remover – Shimano, ETC. (FR-1.3)
12 splines, 22.6mm diameter fits Shimano, Sachs Aris, Sun Race, DNP Epoch and other 510 speed freewheels. The FR-1.3 includes an enlarged thru-hole to accommodate 14mm axles. Base of tool can be used with a 1″ socket or wrench.

Base size for socket or wrench is 1″ or 25.4mm

Center bore for axle clearance is 15mm

Always use a skewer or axle nut to hold tool firmly in place during removal
